Get Your Fill of Good Eats and Games at Arkansas Foodbank’s Harvest Night

Now, this is a good crop.

Once again marking Hunger Action Month, the Arkansas Foodbank is throwing its fourth annual Harvest Night bash on Saturday, Sept. 7. This family-friendly marquee event offers guests a menu packed with Southern favorites like catfish, barbecue and local craft beer, along with sweets to chase it all down.

If good eating isn’t enough to keep your attention, Harvest Night will also include a kids area with a petting zoo, face painting and bounce houses. You can also get in on the live music, and SEC loyalists can rest easy knowing there will be an on-site livestream of the day’s games.

The Arkansas Foodbank supports 450 agencies in 33 counties that provide nutritious food to the one in four children and seniors who face hunger in Arkansas every day. Harvest Night proceeds will help to keep that support flowing.

Harvest Night will take place from 5-8 p.m. at the Arkansas Foodbank warehouse at 4301 W. 65th Street. Click here to get your tickets.
