Get Ready for the Inaugural Argenta Irish Festival

It’s that time of year again when everything starts to get a little greener. And no, we don’t mean the shrubs in your back yard.

St. Patrick’s Day is just around the corner, which locals know means the annual parade that makes its way through North Little Rock. But attendees have even more to look forward to this year with the inaugural Argenta Irish Festival on Saturday, March 12.

When the parade concludes, the fun continues at the Argenta Plaza at 520 Main St. with this free, family-friendly event presented by the North Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau and benefitting the Argenta Downtown Council.

The festival includes live music, food trucks and a beer garden featuring the likes of Bubba Brew’s, Damgoode, Diamond Bear, Flyway, Lost Forty and Stone’s Throw. For the kids, there will be plenty of arts, crafts and activities.

The Argenta Irish Festival will kick off around 2 p.m. and last until 5 p.m. For more information and to keep track of updates, check out the Facebook event page.
