One too many holiday parties leave you a little sluggish? We know the feeling.
To help give you a much-needed boost, Full Out Barre is hosting its Live Full Out Celebration this Sunday, Dec. 15. The day includes a full lineup of free barre classes, bites, giveaways and on-site screen printing with Electric Ghost.
Here’s a rundown of the day’s classes:
- 2:30 p.m. – Full Out Rounds with Catherine and Ashley
- 2:45 p.m. – Full Out Hot Barre with Melanie
- 3 p.m. – Full Out Fundamentals with Rachel, Christina and Samantha
- 3:45 p.m. – Full Out Bros with Catherine and Melanie
- 4:30 p.m. – Live Full Out Celebration Dance with Catherine and Ashley
