What sounds good? Carnitas, cocktails or cookies?
Lucky for you, you don’t have to pick just one. Eggshells Kitchen Co. recently added to its summer cooking class lineup and the schedule is full of deliciousness handed down by some of Little Rock’s best culinary minds.
Classes are smaller this year and masks are required for non-vaccinated folks in accordance with CDC guidelines. And smaller classes means you need to sign up ASAP if you want a spot since some are already full.

- July 6: Carnitas with Porch Swing Farms
- July 7: Hands-On Tamales with Chef Amanda Ivy (sold out)
- July 8: Yeasted Doughs: Rolls Breads & Cinnamon Rolls with Chef Kelli Marks (sold out)
- July 20: Brunch Bunch with Porch Swing Farms
- July 22: Cookie Camp with Chef Kelli Marks
- July 26-30: Kids Cook Summer Camp – Mornings (sold out)
- July 26-30: Kids Cook Teen Summer Camp – Afternoons
- July 28: Hands-On Pasta with Chef Amanda Ivy (sold out)
- Aug. 5: Macarons with Chef Kelli Marks (sold out)
- Aug. 18: Pork Chops and the Farm Life with Porch Swing Farms
All classes are held at the Eggshells home base at 5501 N. Kavanaugh Blvd. For many classes, ticket price includes a complimentary glass of wine to accompany the meal the chef has prepared. Guests are encouraged to bring a beverage of choice.
