Get Free Admission to the Clinton Presidential Center on Aug. 17

Take advantage of the Clinton Presidential Center’s free admission day celebrating former President Bill Clinton’s 73rd birthday this Saturday, Aug. 17 for the chance to explore the museum. This includes the museum’s permanent collections as well as its current temporary exhibit “Washed Ashore: Art to Save the Sea.

The temporary exhibit, “Washed Ashore,” features 20 giant sea life sculptures made entirely of trash collected from beaches. The exhibit illustrates the toll pollution takes on our oceans and waterways through a unique medium. The sculptures are paired with educational signage allowing visitors to learn about environmental stewardship, responsible consumer habits, and how “every action counts” to help save our waterways.

And while you’re there, stop by the Clinton Center’s 42 bar and table for internationally inspired cuisine and scenic view of the Clinton Presidential Center Park Bridge.

The museum will be open from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Aug. 17 and visitors will have the chance to visit the replica of Bill Clinton’s Oval Office, cabinet room and his policy alcoves.
