At Jolly Bodies, every workout is expertly designed by Dr. Lee Ann Jolly to ensure consistency. This is in stark contrast to facilities that rely on employees to choreograph individual workouts without ensuring proper quality control.

What types of workouts are found at Jolly Bodies?
Jolly Bodies training focuses on three main fitness goals: increasing muscle mass, building cardio strength and improving joint mobility. We have six different class types that are each focused on
one or more of these goals.

What are your favorite workouts at Jolly Bodies?
Cheeky and Control. Cheeky is a class that I developed to address notoriously weak muscles in the core, glutes and hamstrings. I designed Control to be an immersive experience that makes lifting weights feel like an escape.
