Just Communities of Arkansas held its annual Gathering of Friends and Father Joseph Biltz Awards at the Main Library’s Darragh Center. The Biltz Award honors outstanding individuals or groups who work for social change; 2014 honorees included The Interfaith Center, Deborah Robinson Bell and William A. Waddell Jr.
