The Greater Little Rock Council of Garden Clubs held its spring program at Hillcrest Hall. The tea party-themed luncheon featured a special program on teas from The Everyday Chef and Cynthia Blair. Guests dressed in their Sunday best to sample teas and finger sandwiches. The Pleasant Valley Garden Club and Night Bloomers Garden Club co-hosted the meeting.
