The Arkansas Game & Fish Foundation held their 26th annual Hall of Fame Banquet at the Statehouse Convention Center. This year’s event honored Senator David Pryor, Ross Whipple and Mark Karnes with the Ross Foundation, and the late Winthrop Paul Rockefeller.
