UAMS hosted its 2025 Gala for Life at the Statehouse Convention Center, raising more than $2.6 million for the Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute. Presented by the Willard & Pat Walker Charitable Foundation and chaired by Mandy Macke, the black-tie event honored Nancy ‘Jo’ Smith with the 2025 Pat & Willard Walker Tribute Award and featured cocktails, dinner, dancing and live entertainment.
