Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families held its annual luncheon at the DoubleTree Hotel to celebrate 45 years of advocacy and its power to improve lives across Arkansas. The 2022 event honored Sen. Joyce Elliott and Ray Hanley for their work on behalf of the state’s children.
