Forget the cake. We’re ready to celebrate America’s birthday with a full-on feast.
Each Fourth of July, we gather with friends and family for fun, fireworks and, perhaps most importantly, delicious food. But this year, we want something different besides the same old hamburgers, potato salad and watermelon slices on our tables.
So we’re upping our spreads with the assistance of Porch Swing Farms. Holly Payne and Aaron Baldwin, the duo behind the sustainable central Arkansas farm, are firing up our taste buds with their signature sausage fireballs made with their locally raised, heritage-breed pork.
