You really can’t beat a beer dinner, but the Flying Saucer downtown is doing one better by adding aspects from some of your favorite local eateries on Saturday, Feb. 7.
New Belgium Brewery will release new brews at a night with specially paired meals. Five different sour beers will make an appearance, including a top secret one that’s only available for this event.
Unwilling to be overshadowed, this meal is not one to forget. The beer pairings will include items like selections from Hillcrest Artisan Meats and cheeses from Kent Walker Artisan Cheese.
The night will also include live music from POEBOT, and representatives to teach you everything you need to know about the beers and food.
