Arkansas First Lady Susan Hutchinson, along side chairs Sarah Hutchinson Wengel and Stacey Sebree, hosted the annual tea for mothers and daughter at the Governor’s Mansion. Proceeds of the lovely afternoon benefited the Governor’s Mansion fund which helps to maintain the building.
