Fifth Season, a staple gift shop in Little Rock since 1972, is soon to be no more as owners David and Sissy Clinton ready for retirement. But not to worry — you can still get your kitchen and houseware fix.
Located in Jonesboro, kitchen supply store The Everyday Chef and owner Linda Wofford recently purchased Fifth Season as part of a plan to expand The Everyday Chef to central Arkansas. Fifth Season’s current location at 10020 N Rodney Parham will close, with some of the merchandise moving to The Everyday Chef’s new storefront in the Pleasant Ridge Town Center, taking over the former Coming Home Interiors space between Salon L and Embellish.
The new shop will not only acquire Fifth Season’s china patterns, but will also add a few of their own including the exclusive MacKenzie Childs line. The Everyday Chef carries specialty food items, cook and bakeware, small appliances, linens, grilling accessories, gifts and more.
Fifth Season will close for two weeks beginning Saturday, Sept. 10, as the new space is being remodeled. The Everyday Chef is slated to open in Pleasant Ridge at the first of October.
Until then, Fifth Season has an incredible sale going on (perfect for gifts and those not-quite-complete china sets), so check out their Facebook page for a peek at what you can find marked way down.
