Festive Cocktail Recipes from Soirée Staff

Holiday celebrations are officially in full swing and we want to do our part in spreading festive cheer. Get the party buzzing or just warm up your bones on a chilly night with these favorite cocktail recipes from our staff. 

The Richardson in a Pear Tree

  • 3 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp pear netar
  • 3 tbsp pear-flavored vodka
  • 3 fresh basil leaves
  • 3 tbsp 7up
Crush basil leaves and sugar in a shaker. Add ice, pear nectar and vodka. Cover with lid & shake. Pour into a glass and cheers!

As the temperature drops, warm up with this delicious, flavorful spiced coffee. A blend of zesty orange and rich coffee, this holiday hand-warmer will bring joy to any celebration.

  • 3/4 oz. Kahlua
  • 3/4 oz. Hiram Walker Triple Sec
  • 1 cup hot coffee
  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings
  • Grated zest of one orange
  • Sugar

Rim a glass coffee mug with sugar. Add liqueurs and fill with hot coffee. Stir. 

Top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings and orange zest. 

Luci’s Moscow Mule

Mix up this simple and classic cocktail with vodka, ginger beer and lime for a refreshing holiday option.

  • 1.5 oz. Ketel One Vodka
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 5 oz. ginger beer

Build the cocktail over ice in a copper mug. Add vodka, squeeze a wedge of lime and top with ginger beer.

Katie’s Jingle Jangle Mocktail Punch

You don’t need alcohol to make a holiday drink taste great! For expecting moms and designated drivers, try this non-alcoholic punch that is just as festive and fun.

  • 2 bottles chilled ginger ale
  • I 46 oz. can chilled pineapple juice
  • 1 bottle chilled white grape juice

Mix all ingredients in punch bowl. Add desired garnish and ice.
