The Jack Stephens Heart Institute at St. Vincent presented the 10th annual Festival of Wines to benefit the American Heart Association of Central Arkansas. Held at Dickey-Stephens Park, the largest wine festival in Arkansas featured hundreds of wines from around the world, auction items and hors d’oeuvres from area restaurants.
