The second night of CARTI’s Festival of Trees brought high-energy runway glamor as the Festival of Fashion returned to spotlight looks from central Arkansas’ chicest boutiques. The show delivered the flair of New York Fashion Week with polished productions and stylish looks. Proceeds supported the CARTI Auxiliary and patients who rely on its cancer treatment and services.
