Explore Downtown’s Art Scene With This Self-Led Sculpture Tour

Time for another wholesome (socially-distanced) activity.

Earlier this month, we told you about North Little Rock’s scavenger hunt of public art around the city. Put on your exploring shoes because the Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau released a self-led, citywide tour of sculptures.

The city’s full list is being released in stages, with the first leg focusing on installations in Riverfront Park downtown.

“Little Rock has a thriving art scene, and much of it can be enjoyed outdoors,” LRCVB President and CEO Gretchen Hall says. “The Little Rock Sculpture Tour is the latest tourism product designed to inspire and celebrate the city’s arts and culture amenities in a relaxing and safe environment.”

Explorers will find more than 100 pieces over 30 acres throughout the Vogel Schwartz Sculpture Garden and Riverfront Park, everything from lifelike animals to abstract works.

Not enough art for you? LRCVB also has a mural tour. More on that here.
