You’ve seen them on social media and you have that one friend who won’t stop talking about them. Now it’s time to put the puzzle pieces together and figure out how Full Out Barre can change your wellness landscape.
What is Full Out Barre?
It’s a fun, challenging and nationally accredited fitness program based on classical ballet moves combined with high-intensity interval training. Full Out Barre is designed to challenge you at any level of fitness, whether you are a professional athlete or a complete novice. Whatever your current level of athleticism, you’ll always fit in with the FOB family.
Where is it?
FOB has locations in Little Rock, Bryant and coming soon to downtown Little Rock.
What can I expect from a class?
In the FOB Classic classes, you can expect to burn 500-700 calories per hour, plus, the calorie burn continues for up to 24 hours! If you do FOB regularly, you will get significantly stronger, healthier and less stressed, with a better sense of balance and more visibly defined muscles all over your body. One thing instructors hear a lot? Attendees begin to “crave” the classes.
The high-intensity daily FOB classes are never the same twice, and each is structured to give you a maximum workout in intervals that:
-
hone your strength, flexibility and balance
-
pump up your heart rate
-
stretch, lengthen and define your muscles
-
build your confidence while reducing your stress
-
help you achieve that coveted post-workout high and the inner peace that comes from hard exercise.
FOB works the entire body each class, focusing sections on different muscle groups. Instructors first demonstrate each move the ideal way, then show you how to modify it for your fitness level. While they don’t expect you to be able to keep up at a level 10, you will find the workout becoming easier (while always challenging) over time. If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you!
FOB’s certified instructors are positive and supportive, and recognize that each of you is on your own fitness journey, show you how to modify each move for your body’s capabilities. They love the unique energy each attendee brings to class, and consider you amazing and inspiring just for showing up.
Are there any New Year specials?
What kind of fitness program would they be if they didn’t? The Full Out New Year program offers the first week of January free, as well as three months of unlimited classes for $220. Learn more about that here.
