Come enjoy a private tour of beautiful drawings of the American South with the museum director at the Arkansas Arts Center.
The exhibit, “The Crossroads of Memory: Carroll Cloar and The American South,” has been on display at the Arkansas Arts Center since Feb. 28. It will remain until June 1.
Cloar’s paintings draw inspiration from family stories, photographs, rural scenery, small town life and memories of his childhood to paint a picture of life in the American South.
On Tuesday, Contemporaries will get a private tour of the exhibit. You must be a Contemporaries member to attend. To join, click here or call 396-0383.
The tour begins at 6 p.m.
