New season, new inspiration, new reasons to ditch your excuses — it’s time to get a helping hand from some of Little Rock’s best and brightest culinary minds.
Eggshells Kitchen Co. is The Heights’ resident cooking supply store that always has a sweet lineup of cooking classes. Here’s what you should clear your schedules for:
- April 4: Grilling burgers with Kyle Pounders of Excaliburger
- April 11: That bakery life with Chris McMillan of Boulevard Bread Co.
- April 18: Roast chicken with Matt Bell of South on Main
- April 25: Up your biscuit game with Hayne Begley of Delta Biscuit Co.
- April 29: Kids cookin’ for a cause with Faith Anaya for St. Francis House
All classes are held at the Eggshells home base at 5501 N. Kavanaugh Blvd. and begin at 6 p.m., except for the kids’ class, which starts at 2 p.m. For many classes, ticket price includes a complimentary glass of wine to accompany the meal the chef has prepared. Guests are encouraged to bring a beverage of choice.
