All right, folks. It’s been a hot minute since Eggshells Kitchen Co. has hosted one of their local fave cooking classes, but they’re back with a vengeance in 2015.
Eggshells has THREE upcoming courses in the next couple weeks: one with South on Main’s Chef Matthew Bell, one with Moss Mountain Farm’s Chef Brian Kelley and another with sommelier Lee Edwards of Big Orange and Local Lime.

Chef Matthew Bell – Jan. 13

Chef Brian Kelley – Jan. 16
If you’re wanting to expand your kitchen skills but get overwhelmed even at the number of gadgets in your drawer, this is where you want to be. Kelley will be focusing on knife skills at all sorts of levels, so bring whatever A-game you’ve got, and maybe some tourniquets (kidding).

Sommelier Lee Edwards – Jan. 19
Returning for another session, Edwards this time is bringing his knowledge of mixed drinks. In this Cocktails 101 course, put on your learning caps and prepare to take your mixology skills to the head of the class.
