Oh, sweet summertime — it’s the season when the days grow longer and new hobbies abound. If you have your heart set on learning a few new skills in the kitchen from some of Little Rock’s best and brightest culinary minds, here’s your chance.
The cooking supply store in The Heights, Eggshells Kitchen Co., always has a sweet lineup of cooking classes to teach you a thing or two or 10, and so far, they’re not disappointing the summer vibes. Here’s what you should clear your schedules for:

- July 11: Lil’ Eggheads Mexican fiesta with Eggshells owner Lindsey Gray
- July 18: Traditional Japanese ramen with Coby Smith, director of food and nutrition at the Arkansas Heart Hospital
