If you’re like the bajillion other people who made New Year resolutions that involve food, take a break from the all-kale-everything diet. Instead, take the time to learn a few new skills in the kitchen from some of Little Rock’s best and brightest culinary minds.
Where might you find this? Funny you asked. Eggshells Kitchen Co., the cooking supply store in The Heights, has a pretty sweet lineup of cooking classes to teach you a thing or two or 10.
Here’s what you should clear your schedules for:
- Jan. 11: Elegant winter dishes with Scott Rains of Table 28
- Jan. 26: Valentine cookies with Sarah DeClerk of Ann Potter Baking
- Feb. 29: Oaxacan cooking with Capi Peck of Trios
All classes are held at the Eggshells home base at 5501 N. Kavanaugh Blvd. and begin at 6 p.m. Ticket price includes a welcome glass of wine or beer to accompany the meal the chef has prepared, and guests are encouraged to bring a beverage of choice for the meal.
