Eggshells Kitchen Co. Announces March Cooking Classes

It’s time to check in on Eggshells Kitchen Co. and check out its monthly lineup of cooking classes. We’re not sorry we did and you won’t be either. Get hungry and get educated.

March 8: Sweet and Savory Pies with Sharon Woodson of Honey Pies

Why not have dessert first? We kick off the month’s schedule with some confection perfection from Honey Pies’ Sharon Woodson, who will reveal the secret to a delicious crust, how to make a shaped quiche (think shamrock-shaped for St. Patrick’s Day) and a sweet pie. Know-how is good and the samples will make you even more glad you signed up. Click here to register.

March 15: Cooking Together With Matt and Amy Bell of South on Main

That’s not just the scent of good cooking, there’s a little romance in the air as well. Already known for producing southern cuisine with a unique and tasty twist at South on Main, Chef Bell and wife Amy will show us how to whip up the perfect date night in. Whether you come solo or bring a date, you’ll savor the flavor of food meant for flirting. Click here to register.

March 22: Pasta Making With Alexis Jones

It’s definitely going to be a hearty welcome back for former Natchez head chef Alexis Jones, who makes her awaited return to Eggshells, this time to share techniques on how to make savory and satisfying pastas, with a helping of fun to go with the good food. Click here to register.

All classes are held at the kitchen supply store at 5501 N. Kavanaugh Blvd. in The Heights, and begin at 6 p.m. Ticket price includes a welcome glass of wine to accompany the meal the chef has prepared, and guests are encouraged to bring a beverage of choice for the meal.
