Eggshells Kitchen Co. Announces February Cooking Classes

February is a month filled with love and sweet gestures for the people you care about most. It’s also filled tasty delicious treats in the process, and it’s no secret that we love to love food.

Eggshells to the rescue once again. The kitchen supply store in the Heights recently released their lineup of local chef-led cooking classes for the month of February and it’s already looking delicious.

Stocks and Broths with Travis McConnell of Butcher & Public – Feb. 11

As a company that prides itself on “handcrafted Arkansas meats and Charcuterie,” Butcher & Public knows a thing or two about good stock. In this class, master butcher and chef Travis McConnell will teach you all about the benefits of making your own broths and stocks, as well as share his secrets to lip-smacking flavor.

Valentine’s Day with Scott McGehee of Yellow Rocket Concepts – Feb. 14

The gift of good taste never goes out of style, so why not treat your Valentine to the teachings of Scott McGehee? As the executive chef Yellow Rocket Concepts, his dishes fill the menus of your favorite central Arkansas spots like Big Orange, Local Lime and ZaZa’s. Plus, the meal will be paired with wines curated by Lee Edwards.

A Spanish Dish with Brian Kelley of Moss Mountain Farm – Feb. 20

Paella is the national dish of Spain, and for good reason. This incredible meal is even better in the hands of Brian Kelley, so you definitely don’t want to miss it. Allergic to shellfish? No worries. Kelley will be preparing a sausage and chicken variation instead of seafood.
