It’s happening again.
Eggshells Kitchen Co., the all-things-cooking supply store in The Heights, just added two new cooking classes onto its July lineup, and we’re already getting excited. Here are the new additions to the schedule.
July 18: Brunch with Chef Matt Bell of South on Main
For the longest time, we held out hope that one day, the folks at South on Main would grant the wish of the masses and start up a brunch menu. They heard the cry of their people and put together a fabulously Southern list of offerings that only they could provide, and Little Rock ate and saw that it was good. Stop in for a hallelujah how-to from the restaurant’s head chef, and you won’t leave disappointed. Click here to register.
July 23: Sarah Eaton DeClerk of Ann Potter Baking
Speaking of hallelujah, does anyone else think Ann Potter Baking’s treats are not of this world? You can thank Sarah Eaton DeClark, the brains of the operation, for that. Every time she’s in the kitchen, magic happens. While your ho-hum cookies get passed over at the office potluck, hers turn heads. It’s time to up your game. Click here to register.
All classes are held at the Eggshells home base at 5501 N. Kavanaugh Blvd. in The Heights and begin at 6 p.m. Ticket price includes a welcome glass of wine or beer to accompany the meal the chef has prepared, and guests are encouraged to bring a beverage of choice for the meal.
