In today’s world, we feel like we hear the title “sommelier” thrown around a lot, but chances are, some of us might not really know what one does.
Cue Eggshells Kitchen Co. to the rescue, as per usual, with the latest in their cooking class lineup featuring Lee Edwards on Oct. 15 from 6-8 p.m.
Edwards, a certified sommelier, is the beverage director of Yellow Rocket Concepts, which includes two of our favorite spots, Big Orange and Local Lime, with a resume also listing The Capital Hotel Bar, Ciao Baci and Ferneau.
Join Edwards as he teaches guests all about the huge difference your choice of glassware makes for beverage’s flavor and how to choose the right one. Enjoy a craft beer tasting and delicious snacks, too!
