It has been such a privilege to be a part of your publication this month.
When Dora Jane Flesher invited me to co-chair this year’s “Day in the Life” event for Single Parent Scholarship Fund, our main goal was to introduce this wonderfully effective organization to the masses. Thanks to you, we accomplished that goal and so much more. I cannot say enough about the talented, creative team you have assembled at Soirée. Amber Brewer, Angela Alexander, and Jason Masters created such thought provoking, brilliant images for our article. Amanda Morgan did an amazing job of weaving my personal history into the story of Single Parent Scholarship Fund. They are all artists. I feel so fortunate to have been able to work with them.
Thanks to all of you for shining the spotlight on our mission to help mothers and fathers bring their children out of poverty.
