Recycle Your Old Electronics at Verizon Arena

For most of us here in 2019, our days are powered by electronics — our routers, TVs, computers and coffee pots make our world go ’round. But our tech-centric lifestyles pose a new problem: What do we do with our old electronics once we’re done with them?

Electronics Recycling Unplugged is solving that problem with a two-day recycling drive at Verizon Arena. From 7 a.m. – 2 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday, April 23-24, Pulaski County residents can drop off their unneeded, broken, or obsolete e-waste for free to be securely recycled.

Here are just a few of the items you can safely dispose of at the event:

  • laptops
  • TVs
  • cell phones
  • video game consoles
  • fax machines
  • telephones
  • vaccum cleaners
  • printers
  • radios
  • microwaves
  • hair dryers
  • coffee makers

Essentially, if it plugs into the wall, they’ll take it off your hands. All you have to do is drive up to the VIP parking area on East Washington Avenue and drop it off.

Still not sure what’s allowed? Click here for the full list of recyclable items.
