Drink Like a Local with LRCVB’s New Locally Labeled Campaign

Raise your hand if you think you know how to drink like a local.

The Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau is on a mission to make sure you know how to do just that with its new Locally Labeled campaign. The campaign kicks off in the River Market Pavilions on Thursday, Oct. 15, with a party to celebrate some of the metro’s greatest spirits (and we’re not talking about the Halloween kind). Stop by the free event from 5:30-7:30 p.m. for live music from Amasa Hines and free samples of beverages, plus more for sale.

Participating breweries include Blue Canoe Brewing Co., Damgoode Brewhouse, Diamond Bear, Lost Forty, Stone’s Throw and Vino’s Brewpub, as well as BoBrook Farms and An Enchanting Evening wineries and Rock Town Distillery.

But that’s just the beginning.

Even more fun is the LRCVB’s Drink Like a Local passport that comes into play when the event is said and done. As you visit each of the craft breweries, wineries and distilleries listed on the passport, make sure you get it stamped. Fill up your passport with stamps and you receive a prize when you return it to Shop the Rock in the Ottenheimer Market Hall downtown. There’s not a time limit, so you can take your time enjoying each of greater Little Rock’s finest spots.
