Dr. Brittany Sanders: Get Your Vitamins

Dr. Brittany Sanders

The Pharmacy at Wellington

What supplements should I take?
That answer differs for everyone. What we recommend for most of our patients is to come in and chat with your pharmacist about your goals for the year and let us put together a regimen specifically for you.

How can you help me keep with the program throughout the year?
One solution that is gaining popularity is the Dispill medication system. For instance, if you take a morning and/or an evening medication, let us package those in doses with your fish oil and multivitamin. We offer this service free of charge, and it makes falling behind on supplements much more difficult.

What is the biggest benefit of forming a relationship with my pharmacy?
It’s everything from lower pricing that you may not know is available to you, all the way to an emergency supply of medication approved when your doctor may be out of pocket. Free delivery and blister packing are great, but the peace of mind of having a pharmacist you trust a phone call away is invaluable.
