The Downtown Little Rock Partnership hosted its annual meeting at the Statehouse Convention Center. Celebrating 30 years of the partnership, the luncheon featured keynote speaker Clarence Anthony, who leads the National League of Cities. Entergy Arkansas received the Top of the Rock award.
