If you’re the kind of person who feverishly looks forward to Food Truck Fridays and hunts them down at every festival and farmers market, winter can be tough. Many trucks shut down for the season because no one likes freezing to death, even if the dumplings do warm your soul.
Well, we’ve got news that might just thaw you out. The first annual West Little Rock Food Truck Festival isn’t just a rumor, it’s real.
On Saturday, Feb. 21, deliciousness will converge on Chenal Pointe at The Divide, an apartment community in, of course, west Little Rock.
Who’s in the lineup? So far, there will be Katmandu MoMo, Hot Rod Wieners, Waffle Wagon, Beast, The Pie Hole and more. There will also be vendors and live music to help wash down the waffles.
It’s all going down from 11 a.m.-3 p.m., so make sure you clear your schedule. Head to the Facebook event page for more details.
If you’re still cold, put on a sweater and let the dumplings work their magic.
