Dizzy’s Gypsy Bistro and Cutwater Spirits Team Up for Specialty Dinner

Dizzy’s Gypsy Bistro and Cutwater Spirits are joining forces to deliver a special evening of inventive food and cocktails. On Thursday, Jan. 16, Dizzy’s will host the perfect date night or evening with family and friends as you try out the one-night-only menu.

The dinner will cost $45 per person and will include five courses and five cocktails. Here’s a little peek at what you can expect:

First course

Amuse-bouche: Hungarian stuffed eggs
Cocktail: Red Gamma Cutwater gin, raspberry liqueur, red wine, prosecco

Second course

Appetizer: Italian meatballs and ricotta
Cocktail: Campari Margarita Cutwater tequila, triple sec, fresh lime, Campari, agave nectar

Third course

Salad: Mary Ann’s pulled pork salad
Cocktail: Pineapple Habanero Sangria Cutwater Habanero Vodka, pineapple, chardonnay

Fourth course

Main: Beef tenderloin, topped with Point Reyes blue cheese with roasted turnips and haircut verts/toasted almonds
Cocktail: American OF Devil’s Share American Whiskey, bitters, simple

Fifth course

Dessert: Amish sugar cream pie
Cocktail: Coquito w/ side of Bali Hai Tiki Monkey Puerto Rican eggnog with Cutwater Rum
