Discover Arkansas Craftsmanship on Maayde.com

A new platform to showcase local Arkansan-made products? Yes, please.

Say hello to Maayde, the brand new e-commerce site that does exactly that and then some. You’ll find everything from pinewood bowls to locally roasted coffee to boar hair shaving brushes.

Not only can you shop from some of the top craftsmen in the state, but you’re also able to learn the stories behind each piece through “Meet the Maker” features. The makers are curated by the Maayde team, who has plans to feature many, many more Arkansan artisans.

The brainchild of Little Rock native Bernard Baskin and Yvonne Quek, Maayde was born when the two struggled to find local products to gift their families in Arkansas and Singapore. Recently settling back in The Natural State, Baskin and Quek had a new passion.

You can check out the current makers and their goods on the Maayde website, and follow them on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. If you’re interested in selling your own wares, send an email to info@maayde.com
