Ahead of the 2020 Diamond Chef Arkansas culinary showdown in April, UA Pulaski Tech held its preliminary cocktail party to decide who would compete in the final event. After sipping and snacking their way through the evening, guests voted on their favorite dishes. The top chefs facing off this spring are Bonner Cameron, Matias de Matthaeis, Joseph Salguiero, Brian Townley, David Utley, Geovanny Villagran and 2019 champion Jordan Davis.
