More than 600 guests attended the “Diamond Dozen” event where Chenal Country Club Chef Jordan Davis was crowned the 2019 Diamond Chef Arkansas champion. Finalists battled it out with the mystery ingredient — rainbow trout — and raised more than $115,000 in the process. Proceeds will help the UA-PTC Foundation support students and programs of the college.
