Diamond Chef Arkansas

For the first time since 2019, Diamond Chef Arkansas made its delicious return. Hosted by UA Pulaski Technical College’s Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Institute, the showdown featured local chefs battling it out for top honors and a curated spread of eats and drinks. More than 500 guests attended the event, which raised $200,000 to support scholarships and student success initiatives, as well as UA-PTC culinary school needs. Chef Payne and Leah Harding served as this year’s co-chairs. Team Ferneau, featuring chef Donnie Ferneau and students Alyssa Frisby and Kenneth Knowlton, took home the win, while SO Restaurant & Bar took home the Toast of the Tastings award.
