If you’re part of the team where food is a good enough reason to go just about anywhere (us, always), all someone has to say is “beer dinner” and you’re there.
So get excited, hungry people. Del Frisco’s Grille is hosting a Summer Beer Dinner Series event at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 27, teaming up with their friends from Diamond Bear Brewing Company and Kent Walker Artisan Cheese.
Guests will start the night with hors d’oeuvres from Kent Walker Artisan Cheese. After that, things get serious(ly tasty) with a four-course dinner featuring a lineup of Executive Chef Maeve Grey’s off-menu dishes, each specially paired with a Diamond Bear brew.
But the night doesn’t end there. Over the course of the dinner, Josh Green of Diamond Bear will be on hand for Beer Education 101 tips, while Chef Grey teaches attendees pairing techniques. There’s even a giveaway with one guest winning a gift basket of Diamond Bear Brewing Company, Kent Walker Artisan Cheese and Del Frisco’s Grille swag.
