Hit the lights.

The Clinton Center’s Curbside Couture fashion show is back for another year of unbelievable designs and stunned crowds.

This unique show challenges students — from elementary to high school — to create outfits out of repurposed materials. Any kind of materials are accepted, as long as they’re at least 75 percent recycled.

With no sewing machines, most participants use the likes of duct tape and hot glue, and that’s just the beginning of their ingenuity. It’s truly something to behold. Even professional fashion designers think so, as several are involved with the program, including “Project Runway” first runner-up Korto Momolu.

The show takes place on April 12, but the contest starts much earlier: Online registration for Curbside Couture opens on Monday, Jan. 12.
