An afternoon of sweets, fun and fundraising awaited guests at Argenta Plaza for the ninth annual Cupcakes for Goodness Sake. The CareLink baking event showcased cupcakes from a variety of local amateur and professional bakers for crowds to enjoy. Njeri’s Pastries took home the professional trophy for her vegan and tree nut-free carrot cookie butter cupcakes while Rob Hammon took home the amateur trophy for his kiwi-topped, strawberry-frosted butter Jolene cupcake. Attendees raised nearly $82,000 for senior services in central Arkansas.
