Marking 10 years of delicious eats, the annual Crawfish Salute featured all-you-can-eat crawfish and sides, live music, raffle items, a silent auction and the crowd favorite Crawtucky Derby, a live crawfish race with prizes. The event was hosted by the Hat Club at the Metroplex and proceeds benefited Community Connections and the UAMS NICU.
