CliqueCycle Opens in West Little Rock

This isn’t your mother’s stationary bike class.

CliqueCycle is the newest fitness joint to hit Little Rock. Located in the shopping center at 400 North Bowman Road, the indoor cycling studio provides high-energy sessions to those with a propensity for sweating it out to a solid soundtrack.

After a fair amount of teasing in 2016 and hosting pop-ups around Little Rock in 2017, CliqueCycle finally opened to the public on Sunday, Jan. 28. According to co-owner Peter Vahjen, they’ve been steadily growing their community in the area over the past two years, giving them a solid base before their official opening.

“We wanted to create a space where you can leave everything else behind,” Vahjen said. “We want people to give themselves permission to get away from themselves for an hour, to get lost when they need to get lost.”

The team refers to its classes as “collaborative cardio cycle” designed to work your legs, core and arms while cranking up your heart rate. Classes include the classic 50-minute CliqueCycle session as well as a 100-minute CliqueEndure class, all with space for 42 riders.

Reservations are suggested, and you can make yours here. The studio is also currently hosting a special for new riders where you can book three classes for $25.
