It’s hard to believe the holiday season is almost in full swing. While there is much celebrating to do and libations to consume, take it from us – you don’t want to wait until the last minute to do your Christmas shopping and turn into the Grinch. Christmas is coming early at Holiday House, the Junior League of Little Rock’s annual grand shop-fest and fundraiser, kicks off this week (Nov. 13-Nov. 17) at the Statehouse Convention Center.
Here’s the schedule of events:
- Preview Party, Twas the Night Before, Wednesday (Nov.13) 6p.m. to 10p.m. This festive evening includes a silent auction, wine and beer, music by Barrett Baber, and food provided by Gina’s Catering. Tickets are $40, but are SOLD OUT. JLLR added a VIP ticket to this event that includes reserved seating, a signature cocktail, access to a VIP bar and food, and early entry into the event at 5:30 p.m. VIP Tickets are $75. Limited number of tickets are still available.
- Private Shopping, A Very Merry Morning, Thursday (Nov. 14) 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. First Lady of Arkansas, Ginger Beebe, will be our special guest. Enjoy brunch from Down Home Catering and coffee while you shop. Tickets are $30 each. Limited number of tickets are still available.
- Ladies Night Out, Margaritas and Mistletoe, will be held on Thursday (Nov. 14) from 6-9 p.m. Get out with the girls and treat yourself to a Mexican Buffet from Moe’s, two drinks, a raffle and wine cork pull. Tickets are $30 each. Limited number of tickets are still available.
- General Shopping is Thursday (Nov.14) 12 p.m. to 9 p.m., Friday (Nov. 15) from 9 a.m. – 9 p.m., and Saturday (Nov. 16) from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. Children under age six do not need a ticket.
Proceeds from these events benefit the Junior League of Little Rock and its community projects.
