The 21st annual Chocolate Fantasy Ball was as decadent as ever. Supporters of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Arkansas & North Louisiana came together at the Statehouse Convention Center to celebrate the nonprofit and raise more than $780,000 for families of seriously ill or injured children in local hospitals. Colleen and Lanny Nickell chaired the event which honored Shelia Vaught for her years of dedicated support and featured an elegant dinner, auction, raffles, live music, dancing and tables filled with chocolate. To top off the sweet evening, RMHCAR-NLA CEO Janell Mason and board treasurer Brent Beaulieu announced plans to extend services to families in Little Rock’s Baptist Health Medical Center NICU.
