Chill Out with Barefoot Studio’s Month of Meditation

This is where the lazy days of summer come to die. 

In case you haven’t noticed, we’ve been flooding the interwebs with news on tons of events lately. It happens every year and there’s no getting around it. Unfortunately, the upswing of craziness can really do some damage on a human.

Barefoot Studio has the solution: their Fall into Meditation series. 

Every Tuesday in November, John Willis will lead a free half hour meditation session after the 5:30 class ends at roughly 7 p.m. A different technique will be featured each week and requires no previous experience.

If you’ve ever been curious about the practice, or could just use an extra dose of calm, stop by Barefoot Studio and get your chill on.
