Charles Vergos Rendezvous, the world-famous restaurant/barbecue deity in Memphis, is teaming up with Chef Shuttle meal delivery service to serve up some foodie realness this holiday season.
Rendezvous is offering a $75 holiday box complete with two slabs of ribs with 12-14 bones each, their legendary mild barbecue sauce, seasoning, popcorn and tips for preparation.
Customers can also add on additional slabs, barbecue baked beans, mustard-based slaw, hot sauce, mild sauce or two pounds of pork shoulder.
You have from now until Saturday, Nov. 19 to place your order and boxes will be delivered on Monday, Nov. 21. If you have enough willpower to wait, the ribs can remain in the dry ice they’re delivered in for 24 hours, refrigerated for 10 days or frozen for up to six months.
