With just two-weeks to go, Little Rock marathon runners are putting in their last few long runs before the big day. To pump-up runners before lacing up for the race, The Capital Hotel is hosting its Detour Speaker Series on Saturday, Mar. 1.
The event features several inspiration speakers including Leah Thorvilson, four-time winner of the Little Rock Marathon; Bart Yasso, Chief Running Officer at Runner’s World; and Jeff Glasbrenner, motivational speaker, three-time Paralympian and two-time World Champion.
The event is free to those registered for the race but reservations are required and can be made here.
